The hotel is in a convenient location close to everything - 10 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue. It needs some TLC but in general it is ok. We liked the pool being inside as the water is always refreshing. They need to fix the water pressure and the faucets are loose. They also need to add more dishes and pots and pans. Otherwise the stay was pleasant, the check in and check out seamless and the staff is polite and accommodating.

Great stay for the past week; internet was spotty and would come and go but that’s not a huge deal. There’s a bar next door and the music can get quite loud if you stay in the rooms adjacent to them but they shut down at a decent time so again not a huge deal. Shopping and great food within walking distance and only 10 minutes from the beach and ferry terminal. Would definitely go back and stay again

This property I located about 4 block from 5th avenue. It’s very clean and very cozy. The only downfall is that I didn’t have a window and the property is very dark. Overall it was nice place to stay there, Erica the lady that works in the front was very attentive, sweet, smiley and very helpful.

I love it here and just extended my stay. Full kitchen and a w/d in your room! Everything in the kitchen works wonderfully. Bed is not a rock and is quite comfortable. Sheets are how i love them, crispy and soft linen. Hot water and pressure is great. Didn't see a single blemish on a towel or my sheets. I have had rougher towels at Hilton or other hotels. Wifi works great and never gave me a problem. I Zoomed and streamed everything, given I don't speak much Spanish so TV wasn't going to be too useful. TV is enormous though. So close to everything but still quiet. Secure building with a code to get inside. Velvet hangers in the closet. Pool is very unique! Loved it. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I can't find one bad thing to say about my stay here. Would rebook in a heartbeat!
