Good location, close to 30th Avenue. The shower of the room we had was not working properly as the water was dripping slowly. The TV channel didn’t work. The pictures on the website don’t reflect what it really is. Convenient for a short stay (3 days max)

Nice place and amazing service!
The place is absolutely clean and comfy. Also the service even before you get there (by email, etc) is exceptional and once you arrive, the owner and the receptionist are extremely nice. I highly recommend this place :)

I stayed here for a few weeks while I looked for a place. This place was "new" but it was really basic. It felt like if your college buddies were going to build a shack out in the back yard to crash in, this is what you would get. There's a huge gap between the door and the floor, windows didn't lock, didn't feel super safe, and I had to ask for a fridge even though there is one in the pictures (I got a teeny dorm fridge). They also charge you more when you get there to pay via paypal or credit card and they charge you to check in in the evening. So they nickel and dime you
