Pros: - staff are friendly and helpful - good location - good swimming pool area, although only half is in the sun Cons: - I've had large cockroaches in my room - bathrooms are awful, very old and full of mold - staff lost a towel when cleaning and asked me to pay a very high price (300MXN) to replace it. I suspect they did on purpose to make more money - aircon has a relatively bad smell when it works - warm water takes very long to pour - wi-fi can drop sometimes - mattress is old and bends in the middle - the windows are not double glazed which means noises from the street and night clubs are not blocked and it's hard to sleep - lighting in the room is pretty bad, the lights are strangely positioned - there are no fire alarms in the rooms and common area, thus increasing health & safety risks - the rooms are very dated and old fashioned, are in bad need of a modern upgrade to give it a premium feel - overall, I think it's too expensive for the quality of service and quality of rooms provided

It felt like an oasis with the beautifully landscaped grounds. The room was very quiet and the mattress was wonderful. The shower water was lukewarm but was told that it’s normal for that area because of the hot weather. The robes were a nice luxury to have and the seating area immediately outside our room Ali g with the hammock was very pleasant! The staff was on top of things and showed professionalism.

We really enjoyed our stay beautiful pool area and staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms need an update and rooms sometimes noice at night. But really an oasis in the perfect location.

Nice staff, decent place with some issues.
Lovely people - great staff. Real bad problems with getting hot water (takes 10 minutes easily), and the daily hydrotherapy we paid for in our packages were sold out for half the days we were there. Nice buffet. Further from the beach than it seems on the map.

This was a perfectly convenient area in the heart of Playa - right next to all the popular shopping and dining areas. While the area can go on all night, inside the hotel is very serene, private, and super relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the pool was very relaxing, we did the hydrotherapy, and the buffet breakfast that comes with it (from the attached Brazillian restaurant) was amazing. If we go back to Play, we will stay here again.

The atmosphere and feel at this hotel is great. It is very peaceful and relaxing, having a centralized pool surrounded by bungalows which all had hammocks and amazing amount of green space, grass, shrubbery, and palm trees. The room was good, except the toilet had a hard time flushing and hot water in the shower wasnt very hot. The breakfast included was resort buffet quality. The surrounding area did not seem overly noisy for being located on the main strip. Didnt like the checkout when they said that one of the face cloths was missing and charge us 30 pesos for it. Probably maid forgot to restock it and left us holding the bill. Don't understand why they need to accuse use of loosing it and charge us $2.75 CAD, when i just spent $650.00 on three nights stay. I tried to tell them to take it out of the tips that I had left them daily and they said that those were for the maid. Accusing you're guests of stealing is bad for business.
