Room was in poor condition: stains on carpets, black out curtains broken, chipped furniture, mold in bathtub/shower, one light didn't work. Someone's used Q-tip on floor. Second story Rooms need updated and better cleaning.
Desk Service was good. Our room condition was poor and the black out curtains were ripped which let the parking lot lights in, so we asked to change rooms, and the night desk manager pleasantly accommodated us. He was nice and helpful. If it wasn't for him would have given Red Lion a lower rating.
Breakfast was typical for hotels in this price range. Some hot items (eggs, waffles, plus muffins, cereal, yogurt). Wish they allowed grab and go for those of us with a long drive ahead of us. 1 night stay.
