we needed our room cooler and they kept us on the phone saying oh someone will be there. no one came for over an hour or longer. then they tried to say it was filter. they have room control locks on the air. after a long time getting mad, they finally turned the air on for us. never going back. all the machines are old and kids running up and down the halls. horrible time

My family had a great time. Pool was at a comfortable temperature (November) for the kids. My 10 year old loved the go carts, my 7 year old liked the prizes in the arcade. Wife loved the buffet. And best of all (if you have kids), you can drop em off at the Kid’s Quest while you gamble! -Dad

The room was spacious, clean, nice decor and furniture but it wasn’t as luxurious as I thought it would be for the price I payed. The casino area smells smokey like they don’t have a good vent. They used to have a good ventilation systems back then.

Staff was all very nice, room was clean and we received extra towels, blankets and pillows, when we asked for them. I would stay here again but would prefer a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator banks. We heard kids screaming in the hallway at 11:30-12 At Night and people milling around at 3 am.

Our stay was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, we had an extremely poor experience after our stay. They tried to keep our incidental hold saying there had to be a “deep clean” $100 fee for urinating of the bed. This was absolutely not true. No one in the room urinated the bed? We spent one night there just my husband and I and when I asked for proof or how they determined this to be the case they simply said they could not prove anything. Just that the house keeping manager verified if. Of course, If i want to keep $100 I am going to say I verified whatever I want to say. Additionally, I had called earlier this week and spoke with someone on Monday who assured me the refund of the incidental hold had already been processed. Somewhere between Monday and today they changed their mind I guess? Lucky for me I recorded both phone calls (the one were I was told I would be refunded and refund was already processed - and the one today where they clearly stated they couldn’t prove or show any evidence of a deep clean being needed) so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this place. Not worth it.

The beds were amazing. The staff was rude and I would not recommend for that reason. You also have to park on the other side of the casino unless you use valet parking. So if you have a family, they have to walk through to the other side.
