Booked the wrong dates and ordered the insurance but hotels.com said couldn’t be changed because of hotel policy even though I tried 2 weeks in advance. I made numerous calls and emails to both the hotel and hotels.com and just got the runaround. Buyer beware and always double check your bookings. I ended up eating $400

Self parking was bad. Parked on 4th floor and took elevator to casino. They would not let us cross casino to hotel so we had to go back up and use stairs to get to hotel. When we checked out we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get our car. You need a better way to access hotel from garage and don't say valet I don't like people driving my car.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was great, room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was awful. Even by buffet standards it was rough. Food was hard, not fresh at all.
