The flush was constantly leaking and was unusable. No soap in the toilet. Asked the reception to change the room. They did not help. Asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not accessible. Terrible experience.

Was extremely difficult to reach the front desk to set up free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Had contact Hotels.com and eventually they got through. Front desk staff was very helpful and allowed me to stay into my room one hour later for no additional charge while waiting for transportation. Glad to see they now offer yogurt as a breakfast option so finally there is protein!! The first floor hallway was extremely hot because they kept the door to the laundry room open. Was very uncomfortable. They should close that door when running the dryer. Walkable location to a couple restaurants & Target. Great news sidewalks r finally being constructed in the surrounding area!!
