This place is a complete nightmare. The room was filthy the moment I walked in. The bathtub was cracked and dirty, the fridge and microwave were covered in rust and grime, the lamp shades were stained, and the walls had strange shiny marks. The room reeked of cigarettes, the AC didn’t work, the lamps didn’t work, and the whole space felt humid and unsafe.
The mattress and bedding were stained with what looked like bodily fluids, the sheets had burn marks, and the blankets smelled awful. There were almost no accessible outlets, and everything felt neglected. I couldn’t sleep at all because the room was so uncomfortable, and it only got worse: the man in the next room, who seemed to be associated with the management, had people knocking on his door all night long—2am, 3am, 5am. It felt like shady business was happening right next door.
The property also rents rooms for long-term stays, which clearly adds to the dirt and lack of upkeep. I checked out early because it was unlivable. The front desk didn’t seem to care. They promised to refund two nights and told me Expedia just needed to call. Expedia reached out multiple times, and after a week the manager refused to honor the refund. Completely unprofessional.
This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and should be inspected or shut down. Avoid at all costs.
