Bathroom light sensor is ridiculous!
My only issue w/this Hilton property is that they have a time sensor limit with bathroom light. It doesn’t sense that you’re in shower….light times out and you’re in the dark before completing your shower…ugh!

We didn’t get the room we were supposed get. They put us in a room that someone else was to have they didn’t have a record that we were in the room. The man on duty kept trying to enter our room to see who was in it we were scared to answer so he kept calling. At 2:30 am he entered our room and I screamed he left. I called the desk and at 7:30 am he called us to talk. It was a total nightmare!

Staff not cordial - Lacked spirit of hospitality. The customer was a means to a paycheck. Pool was closed, butt was apparently was to be fixed. The signage was too permanent so the closure of this amenity was perhaps out of commission longer than was stated by staff. This facility was not up to the Hampton standards. Sorry for the bad review.

The property is close to the Tanger outlets, the breakfast was pretty good and the pool was nice but the side door on the outside didn’t work, we had to have our keys reprogrammed because they wouldn’t open our door, the staff acted like customers were a bother to them. The bathroom sink was plugged. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and then just stopped with no explanation to why

Staff checking in was rude. We were early and asked if we could check in early. Clerk replied No! You know it's 1:50. Bathroom had no paper towels to dry hands. Got into room and curtains were torn up and wouldn't close so at night we had a spotlight across the hill shining in. The next morning I went to the lobby to get my wife a coffee. Stepped out of my room and down the hallway was a pit bull that was unattended and started to charge at me. I yelled whoa! The owner comes out of the room to stop the dog which didn’t go well ,I was a nervous wreck! I stood as still as possible. The owner finally got the dog to calm down. I proceeded to the elevator and pushed the button and stepped backwards....into a pile of dog poop! And to make it worse the dog charged again! The owner yelled and the dog stopped, squatted and proceeded to pee! I was nervous again and couldn't wait for the elevator! I finally got to the lobby and talk to the clerk. He was very understanding and asked if I knew the room number which I didn't but told him the floor. I explained the situation and also said I was now concerned of repercussion from the dog owner. Which should never be considered as a guest. There should never be an issue that a guest should be put into a situation like I was in. I have stayed at other places owned by the same company and as of this experience I will never use this business again.

A Night to Forget
Parking lot has only one entrance and another exit, due to proximity to a major intersection and a steep driveway. Property is showing its age -- wooden furniture is worn, carpet is old. There was a pipe leaking from the ceiling of a ground floor corridor, dripping into an overflowing bucket. Manager said that the plumbers didn't have the right part. Only one elevator was working, which was also used by the cleaning personnel, causing long wait times. I found the emergency stairs to be faster. Apparently, the elevator had been out-of-order for a week and Otis didn't have the repair part, either. This place needs a more serious attitude about maintenance. You can't use COVID as an excuse for supply-chain issues anymore. Go out and find the parts and have them shipped overnight express. Oh, and I could clearly hear a person snoring in the next room.
