Not a bad place to stay overall but expected better for the price. Breakfast lady was rude when we let her know waffle machine was malfunctioning. No power outlets anywhere near the bed. Rollout couch did not have linens and sheets setup. Walls are paper thin. Otherwise nice location if going to a sporting event downtown Pittsburgh.

They OVERCHARGED me (which I have to contact bank to file a dispute) I got 2 different explanations from 2 different ladies that I addressed the overcharge. I felt staff were somewhat rude. No attempt was made to resolve the issue. No manager on duty on weekends. Carpet was snagged, wallpaper in corner of bathroom looked damaged & wallpaper was messed up. Hot Tub was not working initially (however, they did get it fixed and working, so I will give them credit for that.) Breakfast was decent, they don't have as much as they used to, but what they did offer was good.

Thus was just a layover location for us on a bigger trip. The beds were comfortably and the pre check in was great. We just had tonpick our keys up at the front desk and we were on our way to our room.

Very disappointed
The girl who checked us was not personable either day we encountered her. The rest of the staff was excellent. Unfortunately they decided to deep clean the pool so kids were unable to use it. There were no linens in the room and I texted to request some and after 1/2 was told I would have to go to the desk to retrieve them myself. Since we were all in nightclothes we chose to get them in the morning. At 6 am we went down for breakfast and asked to retrieve the linens however we were told there were none available. I asked if housekeeping could leave them at our door and was told yes. We left for the day but upon return still had no linens for the spare bed. We had to go downstairs and get them. I travel frequently with my grandchildren and will not be going back to this facility.

Close to Pittsburgh, clean, free breakfast is appreciated (not great food, but did the job and the worker kept busy cleaning and refilling the area with a smile!), and the clerk was pleasant and cheerful!!!
