Please consider redesigning the do not disturb placard that goes on the door as every single time I moved the door the placard fell off to the point where it fell off one night when I really needed my sleep and your staff unknowingly knocked on my door only to find out I was really not happy to be awakened. #dealbreaker

Had to wait for almost an hour for the bus to pick me and my husband up from the airport after calling. Finally got to our room and there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in our room. Front desk staff were extremely rude. I guess some people think it’s appropriate to wear air pods while working the front desk.
