The price and balcony/patio access are the only good things. Smoking rooms lack ash trays, and the bathrooms are never clean upon check-in, ever.

The hallways were smelly of cigarettes, nasty. Its decor was back from the 1970-1980's. The desk chair was all torn up. The carpet was nasty. The bedspread had cigarette burns/holes on it. Sad, I should NOT of had that in my non-smoking room. Place was sooo outdated

Receptionist was super nice. However walking to our room we noticed a door in front of ours that had a large piece of wood holding the door to the handle. Odd we thought. Once we were in the room there were two huge holes in the wall like someone had punched it . We pulled back the sheets and there were crumbs and hair on the bed sheets. GROSS. Bathroom: huge ring around the toilet bowl like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Hair all over the place . Lastly , this hotel seems more like a motel where people come and use it with their partner for a couple hours as we learned from our next door neighbors. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

The sliding glass door was very flimsy and I felt unsafe. The neighbors caught most of the night. Yelling. Slamming things. The front office was dilapidated looking. On the Positive: the clerk was pleasant. The bed comfortable. The shower was good. If you placed the bed in the bathroom and eliminated everything else, the room would have been perfect.

The rooms were very clean and well cared for. I liked having an extra sink in the main area so 2 people can clean up at the same time without getting in each other's way. I was not advised the hotel did not have an elevator, so it came as a surprise when I had to haul a 50-pound suitcase up the stairs. Perhaps the website/check in front desk should advise guests prior to booking/check-in.

Went there for the week to visit family. Booked 2 rooms. One for me and one for my adult kids. My room had blood stains on floor, horrible stain on the chair. Bottom of the toilet was not cleaned for a long time. Clearly visible. Only sink did not drain. Night table was clearly missing a leg and could not put anything on it Kids room was a bit better. Only blood stains on bed liner. However, with white sheets, you could see it

This is an older property and it is showing its age. Lots of wear/stains etc. The pool was out of service and was essentially a green pond. That being said, the bed was soft and comfortable and the shower was hot.

Cigarette burns in all comforters and sheets, across mine & families rooms. Water was shut off for a time, no hot water, in a bad neighborhood. Can only assume they dont wash bedding considering my sister found blood in her sheets. Do not go here. Absolutely disgusted
