The cable TV did not work and the maintenance folks had gone home for the day. The a/c made a squeaky noise most of the night. The bed was super comfortable

The hotel is located in a very convenient location it’s close to a lot of shopping stores, food, and evening movie theater close, it’s close to downtown a 15 min drive. The room just had a bad smell to it, the air conditioner did not work, the sheets on the bed felt hard and scratchy. Bathroom was clean. And the person that helped us at check was very nice and helpful. We stayed for one night.

We have stayed in many Courtyard Marriotts in many places but found this stay so disappointing. Our rooms felt damp and smelled moldy. The pool was not open at night and we were told it would open in the morning at 10am. My kids slept in their bathing suits, so excited for the morning. In the morning, the staff said they had no idea what time the pool staff was coming, and once they arrived it would be about 2 hours until it was okay to swim. We had frustrated kids and frustrated adults and we are just driving home.....

Very pleasant setting close to an up-scale shopping area with a number of good restaurants. The room, the beds, bedding, towels were quite nice. AND the bathroom is spacious, with ample COUNTER SPACE. Counter space is one of my primary criteria for a five-star rating.
