Very dirty. Smelled bad. Our phones in the room weren’t working. Crumbs inside the sofa bed. No sheets for sofa bed. Only one staff member so hard to get questions answered.

Floor in lobby and elevator were dirty. The carpet on the 3rd floor just outside elevator has wrinkles and major tripping hazard. Our bathroom was rough looking, (corners of floor looked dingy)the shower didn’t drain properly and had standing water while in shower. The shower curtain had mold growing on it and there isn’t a fan so bathroom was very steamy and probably why there is mold. The towels are child size and too small. Our refrigerator was inside a broken cupboard door so unable to use. The wooden trim was missing on the outside of our door as well. We struggled with Heat/AC, just stopped working in the night and could t get to turn back on. Our TV also had fuzzy picture. The one positive review is the bed, it was comfortable and appeared clean. Breakfast was also a bonus.

This was a pleasant place to stay. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast room had an unusually wide and even somewhat healthy selection. One of the better hotels we've stayed at in this price category!

From the outside, the property looks new. Step inside and welcome to 1972. The front desk was a shamble. We got to our floor and it reaked of marijuana.our room had stains on the firniture, a missing dresser door to the mini-fridge, missing lighting in the bathroom, stains of something pink on the ceiling, no safety knob with which to bolt the door closed and an overall sense of dirt. Wouldnt stay here again if you paid me!

Didn’t stay. Got a room somewhere else. Stained Sheets. All the dirt and dust they was coming out of the air conditioner. My son has Asthma. There was no way I could allow him to sleep there. And they really need to do something about the smell in that place.
