My room smelled like pee, there was a greasy, gross film on the floor. So much dirt on the edges of the bed, you could just tell they don’t mop the rooms. But the water pressure in the shower was really good.

Upon arrival, I switched rooms twice due to the horrible conditions of the rooms. Missing everything from towel holders, mirrors, lampshades, blinds, and even pillowcases for the bed. I was forced to stay here only because work booked this location. I purchased my own set of bed and bathroom Lenin! The sheets had stains and cigarette holes in them, the comforter was even worse! So deplorable! The third floor has a leaking sprinkler head that had been dripping for so long that it has made an indention through the carpet. No smoke alarm and the carpet in the hallways is straight out of a horror film! The people surrounding the property in the early morning and late evenings are scary. No family should stay here with children or single ladies!!! This faculty and its ratings need a better evaluation! The only positive is the front desk gentleman is kid and seems to be forced to deal with the conditions. V

Great Stay
I had a great stay. Room was clean and update. Location is good 10 minute bus ride to downtown. The halls ways of hotel need to be paint and carpet needs to be replaced.

There were no pillows on the bed! The bed had hair on it and the manager said it’s just the housekeeping people. Did NOT want to accommodate us with another room! Worse place to stay and I will never stay at a red roof inn!

If you are looking for a cheap hotel near PNC Park, this is not bad. Room was decent- carpet in hallways was nasty. Front desk workers nice and accommodating.

The room that I reserved was gave away. The room provided, had a television with cracked up screen, 3 legs. No remote. No curtains at the window. No smoke detector. I've been in Motels that was better! Wouldn't recommend anyone stay there! Paid good $$ for that DUMP!

Checked in on Friday August 16th. While checking in found out that our room had been given away already to another person. They front desk lady preceded to give us another room. Come to find out that room didn't have air conditioning, light, hanging out of the bathroom ceiling, hair dryer missing and mount pulled out of the wall, closet door did not close because magnet was missing. Told the gentleman at the desk on Saturday morning that the air conditioning wasn't working in the room. He said he would have it looked at. Come back to the hotel to find out that we cannot access the room. Went back downstairs and the lady rekeyed our card and in the room we went. Air conditioner still didn't work and no option of another room. Got up at 6am this morning and left. Carpets throughout hotel are stained, old refrigerators, furniture are stored all throughout the hotel in every nook and cranny they can find. Exit signs hanging off wires throughout the building. Dirty place to stay.
