The room that I reserved was gave away. The room provided, had a television with cracked up screen, 3 legs. No remote. No curtains at the window. No smoke detector. I've been in Motels that was better! Wouldn't recommend anyone stay there! Paid good $$ for that DUMP!

Checked in on Friday August 16th. While checking in found out that our room had been given away already to another person. They front desk lady preceded to give us another room. Come to find out that room didn't have air conditioning, light, hanging out of the bathroom ceiling, hair dryer missing and mount pulled out of the wall, closet door did not close because magnet was missing. Told the gentleman at the desk on Saturday morning that the air conditioning wasn't working in the room. He said he would have it looked at. Come back to the hotel to find out that we cannot access the room. Went back downstairs and the lady rekeyed our card and in the room we went. Air conditioner still didn't work and no option of another room. Got up at 6am this morning and left. Carpets throughout hotel are stained, old refrigerators, furniture are stored all throughout the hotel in every nook and cranny they can find. Exit signs hanging off wires throughout the building. Dirty place to stay.

Half-finished room with no wifi
The room's closet door was not mounted, one lamp had no bulb or shade, and there was no smoke alarm. Torn curtains. I had to ask for cups at the desk. Wifi was useless in the room.

The room I was in was not the room advertised at all! It wasn't the nicest hotel nor was it the worst I've been too. Other than it not being the cleanest the staff was very nice and helpful. They did run out of towels and we had to wait 2 hours for my guests and I to shower but it wasn't bad at all. The staffs kindness and eagerness to help us with whatever we needed more than made up for the cleaniness. Would stay again if I couldn't get a room elsewhere but I wouldn't go out of my way to book here again. Not due to anything on their end, just cause it's a lot easier staying in the down town area to be able to walk throughout the city.
