This hôtel is very clean, confortable and very good service. Unfortunatly, somebody tried to steal our car during the night. This is not the hotel’s fault. The staff did everything to help me with the situation and this is was very appreciated.

A good place to lay your head
We stayed there for a Steelers game. Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Street front view is a little sketchy looking. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were not cooked, some kind of weird sausage links, but did have waffles, cereal and bagels.

For the price the property itself was fine but the area was on the outskirts of the downtown area. The room was nice, with a king size bed, desk, dresser, closet, nightstands on each side of the bed with lamps with charging portals, a microwave and mini fridge. There was a safe in the closet that didn’t work. The bathroom had a nice shower and vanity and was stocked with linen. We were there for 3 nights and there was no room service unless requested. We requested towels but did receive. We got towels from the front desk upon request. The included breakfast was basic but sufficient. Overall I thought it was good for the price

Entryway was confusing. If no one is at main desk to see you waiting to be buzzed in you stand there. We found another entrance in back by parking lot. Pool was closed, staff said someone was sick in the water. Otherwise the room was fine except bathtub was slow draining. Fire alarm went off at 6 AM but by the time we dressed it stopped and people who got outside came back in. No explanation. Breakfast was nothing special, usual eggs and sausage, cereal and breads. I would stay here again, it’s well located, price okay but not great, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Except for the fire alarm, quiet despite being on street corner.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was pretty hectic and delayed. They had several staff call off which slowed the room readiness. Some staff walked away from the desk in the middle of helping guests. Not much communication about when rooms would be available or who was getting rooms first. The A/C was at 52 degrees when we got into the room and was tough to change. Stayed cold the whole night. Decent area but a noticeable homeless presence around the hotel. Didn't feel threatened at all but it's worth noting.

There was a strong smell of marijuana when we walked in the back entrance of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was very nice. We had an easy walk to PNC Park.

Our bathtub was missing a part that allowed water from the shower to enter space between the tub and true wall. The hotel shuttle said they were coming back for me and my family after we called for a pick up after a concert. They left us waiting in the rain and then never came back.
