Im Zimmer richt es nach Reinigungsmitteln. Überhaupt im ganzen Hotel veraltetes Geruch. Die Klimaanlage pustet direkt ins Kopf. Die Lage ist zentral, aber nicht so schön. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

the hotel was located close to the center and the city's attractions were manageable on foot and the staff was very friendly. it was not very clean nor comfortable. there was not enough water

Area is excellent and the hotel is fairly priced. The showers could do with a refurb. Sadly, we were quite badly bitten by something overnight. When we arrived our windows were wide open so I assume it came in then. Also, mopping with a stale mop meant that the floors smelt for a while when we arrived.

Ruined by the lack of photo'd 'breakfast buffet'
Hotel was okay, staff friendly and helpful. The main let down was the breakfast. Not a 'buffet breakfast' as described, and nothing like the photos. In face, we were given a voucher for a cafe 2 streets away, where we were allowed 1 crossaint or 1 mini ham roll, with a tea or coffee. The cafe staff are rude and even gave me gone off orange juice. Breakfast is suppose to set you up for the day. If you're celiac, youd have zero breakfast options. Like i said, breakfast was not at all as expected or as pgotographed.

Great staff & budget friendly hotel
The staff were very helpful, positive, and solution oriented. The room I was assigned had the AC broken. Diana worked hard to come up with a solution and I ended up being assigned to a twin room with no extra fees until the AC is fixed since there were simply no single rooms available. All the staff has been amazing and I couldn’t have speak more highly of them. Rooms are small, comfortable, and clean. Budget friendly hotel for a weekly stay. Great location. Only 7 min from the tower of Pisa and just 2 min away from the pizzerias. No breakfast or dinner available as far as I know which was okay for me.

Il personale e' simpatico ma a volte non era presente. Il palazzo non e' nuovo e a volte sembra non pulito. Quando la colazione? Dicono che fanno lavoro ma non vedo lavoratori. La sera sembra movida, che baccano. Il prezzo con Expedia era buono, 62 euro.
