We booked 3 rooms. At check-in only one room was ready, by 430 with me tracking down towels the 2nd room was ready. At 5:30 when we wanted to head to dinner room 3 wasn't ready still so that family had to shower and get ready in our room. I went and asked what was holding up the 3rd room. They were missing a towel and a tea k-pod. That was why we couldn't check in at 3pm for that room. Really? There was no apologies about it. Then at 9:30 the next morning housekeeping knocks on our door and I yelled from the bathroom where I was getting ready. She came in on me as I was naked trying to get ready. At 9:40 a man walked into my room. What the hell? Neither apologized to me. I called the front desk and they said it was because the employees don't speak English. NOT an excuse for coming into someone's room after they've yelled that they'd be to the door in a minute. The rooms were poorly remodeled. The furniture is stained and worn. It wasn't worth the price they're charging for the service we received. The 2nd morning the same thing with housekeeping barging in even with the Do Not Disturb sign up. We had called for maintenance because our toilet wouldn't flush. We told them we'd be gone all day. No one showed up to fix it. Again, no apologies from management or employees. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

We had booked 3 rooms. We got there a hour after check-in and only 1 room was ready. At 2.5 hours after check-in the 3rd room still wasn't ready so that family had to shower and get ready for our dinner reservations in our room. No apologies from management. Also, the toilet was broken and maintenance never came to fix that. We had housekeeping walk in on me 2 times while I was getting dressed even though I yelled, give me a minute. Again, no apologies from the hotel or management. Just an excuse that housekeeping doesn't know English. The rooms were poorly remodeled. For the price you expect a higher quality experience and better management of the property.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. My floor was dirty upon entering. I actually took a wash rag and wet it and put soap on it and spot cleaned the floor. Numerous areas had dark spots, and one area had a blue spot, that all came up with soap and water. It could not have been overlooked so I feel that house keeping staff that cleaned the room were rushing, did not care, or were not utilizing attention to detail. I like a clean room, and I have children, and I want them to walk around on a clean surface.

We was put in a handicap room, we are not handicapped there was no where we both could sit because there was no chairs( there was a office chair) but it was uncomfortable I like music but you guys played to loud enough I could hear it while trying to sleep, We have stay with you before and love it, but this time not so good.

Average hotel. Staff were all very nice. Rooms were nothing special. It’s somewhat older and a little dated. This was probably a swanky joint back in the day that has been renovated since and some of the shine has worn off. That being said the room was clean, shower was great. Halls are dimly lit. It was crowded all weekend so plenty of people like it. Overall, it was just an average hotel.

Breakfast was decent—there weren’t many healthy options, but it was fair for the price. The hotel itself could use some updating, and the shower was disappointing; the water stayed on the colder side, took far too long to warm up, and the pressure wasn’t great. The walls were also very thin—I could clearly hear a baby crying in the neighboring room. On a positive note, I did enjoy the pool and spa area.

Our room was very clean . The bar was an added plus for us as we were able to have a drink for our anniversary. The bartender was FABULOUS..She was the " back up " bartender she told us but we were very happy with her . Check in was easy , check out was easy , the lobby area was GORGEOUS .

Overall was a nice stay. My only complaints was that the breakfast had very little taste to it. Food was bland. Pool should be for adults only after 10p. Didn't enjoy sharing hot tub with little kids. Halls were noisy in early morning. Could smell marijuana in hall a few times. Rooms was nice and clean and staff was great.

Nice clean room, everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was okay but the pancakes were not fresh (dried out previously frozen type) and there were 3 kinds of sausage but no bacon. The eggs were very good and there was a waffle maker. Only 'tea time' tea and no breakfast or strong blends available. We traveled with our dog and everything was fine with that - the outdoor areas were sufficient although the poo bag roll was empty and seemed to have been for a while so poo cleanup wasn't happening in most of the dog friendly area.
