We were looking for a room for one night and didn't want to spend a fortune since we were going to be out doing activities. This was a decently priced room and overall good quality. The floors were dirty, our socks were brown on the bottom after walking around, but otherwise we didn't have issues. Parking is on site but tight squeeze between support columns. Check in and check out staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there.

Last minute trip to Pigeon Forge with my wife. Hotel staff was professional. Hotel was clean. We enjoyed our room with a fireplace. Only complaint would be that the walls are thin and you could hear sounds outside your room and next the adjacent rooms. Breakfast was great with offerings of hot and cold food items. I would stay here again.

I really wanted to like this hotel. It had a beautiful lobby and the rooms seemed quite modern. However the parking is scary. The spots under the building have a lot of concrete poles to maneuver around and the spots are right. My room reeked of urine, so I had to switch rooms and the second room reeked of smoke. Then the wardrobe door wouldn’t shut. I had a room with an adjoining door so I heard everything next door. The heating unit was so loud that it woke me up every time it turned on. I did not sleep well. The beds are fine. The sink is in a tight spot with no counter to put your toiletries. Won’t stay here again even though it’s a great location and a good price.

Room was not clean. The first time I have ever had to wash my feet off before getting in bed! This is unfortunate since we liked the location and front desk workers. Parking is tight with a slope in areas but they have a side lot that is flat. Would not chance staying there again because of the dirty floors that had not been cleaned in awhile.

The rooms are small and not very clean. The walls are VERY THIN and you can hear everything. We did not sleep at all. You could hear people in the halls, doors slamming all night long, kids screaming and crying and our neighbors alarm. We asked to be moved to another floor and the front desk stated that we would have to check out and check back in at 3. We did so only to have them move us 3 doors down! The floors are sticky, the tub was greasy or slimy and fixtures had stains in them. The air conditioner froze is out at night, even though it was set on 72 or 74 it kept cooling until it was 68. The wifi was slow and kept dropping and the TV was terrible. Also, there isn't a blanket on the bed, just a coverlet that is as thin as the sheets. We left early but be aware that if you do they do not refund you. We cut our losses and left. This was marketed as a luxury hotel but it was not. I would save your money and go somewhere else honestly.
