You'll also find their lovable horses in the barn and adorable chickens roaming around the farm, adding to the charm of your stay. Sway in the rocking chair on the front porch with a cup of joe, serenaded by the tuneful melodies of songbirds every morning. Unwind on the quaint deck and grill steaks and veggies on the brand-new propane grill.

Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel

The pet fee is a non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s).

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.

Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind.

This barndominium can easily be accessed by motorcycle or vehicle. Level parking for 2 cars. Just 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City nearby. With a great location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.


Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
