We loved the room and the vibe of the island but the parking here is a nightmare unless you wanna pay $50 per day for valet. The self parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of due to pedestrian traffic. It’s also very crowded and hard to get in and out of the property. The hot tub is also very small. Overcrowded. We love Margaritaville but this one will be a pass from now on.

The service at the desk was great. Management was very friendly and helpful. Valet was slow and inefficient. The room was nice but could have been cleaner. There were a lot of stray hairs on the sheets. Location is perfect though so I would probably stay again.

So we had to request 2 times for the fireplace to turned on during our October stay. After staying the 3rd day we requested our suite to be cleaned along with bedding sheets etc. changed and it didn't, only towels! Also there was mold in the shower along the floor tile and glass door, I have pictures if needed, we did not report this figuring due to lack respone on room cleaning this would not matter as well! I do not recommend paying 10 dollars a day for gated parking due to the fact of to many vehicles and not enough parking availability which lead to vehicles allowed to park anywhere even in non marked vehicle spots in front of your marked space location blocking your exit of your vehicle. Enough said!
3-Day bedding not changed even after requesting or even 4 day never changed to the last day of checking out!

Beautiful but very very dirty

Very nice hotel and room. Amazing view. Room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Great layout but beware you will be cleaning it. When we got in we had dirt on our feet and there was food and dirt on the floors. I decided to get some stuff and clean the floors and bathroom and the wipes and towels were black after many wipes. Also found pubic hair in our shower. We have small children so thankfully we cleaned to protect them but it was so dirty it took my husband and I about 90min to clean until we just said good enough. In my opinion vacation is short and it’s not worth the time taken away to clean your own room.

The hotel is ok. The check in staff is very friendly. No breakfast options in the hotel. Located in the Island. Traffic is ridiculous. Valet is well worth it as the self parking options is quite a walk and comes with a cost. Walks from the elevator can be quite far. Pool is decent with a nice view of the ferris wheel, but it closes at 10pm. The balcony is from the bed room and is literally a few feet from the walking crowds at the Island. Make sure the double doors are shut and the blinds are down if you want any privacy.
