Our Mountain View Home features heated outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Year round hot tub and playground, picnic tables and BBQ's. We offer a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting fireplace, high speed internet, HD TV's, jacuzzi tubs, and private balconies with amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our second home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic and next to Dunkin Donut's. 2

Outside we offer two playgrounds and acres of mowed lawn with horseshoes and volleyball nets. We even offer a year round hot tub & Indoor heated pool, our outdoor heated pool opens April 1- Oct 31. It is a salt water pool & features a smaller kiddie pool as well. During Dollywood's firework shows you can see them exceptionally well from your personal balcony.

This unit has new upgraded appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Flat screen TVs are located in all the bedrooms and and living room. There is a washer, dryer & blow dryer too.

Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom offers a king with direct bath access too. We also offer a bed height queen air bed for sleeping 2 additional if needed. Master suite with jetted tub, living room, dining room and kitchen have views of the mountains.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

The condo is exactly as described. It’s very clean and was decorated so cute for fall. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Conveniently located to all attractions. We loved it and will be back.

Very Enjoyable Stay Again!
Again, we very much enjoyed our stay at Lois' Luxury Lodge. This was the third year that we stayed a couple of restful days on our drive from Ohio to Hilton Head. The unit is very comfortable and well furnished, with an excellent 4th-floor view of the mountains that we have hiked over the years. We very much enjoy the area and the good dining.

Wonderful time
We visit the Pigeon Forge area several times a year but this made our first time staying at this location. It will be our go to place from now on. Property was clean and comfortable; even the beds were cozy (which is a rare find). I would definitely recommend this place!

Visited Pigeon Forge to do some school shopping. We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very nice and I highly recommend it. The price was reasonable and my family and I were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Very Comfortable and very beautiful!
Most don’t tell you about how comfortable the beds are and my husband and I have bad backs. However, when you stay all week somewhere you NEED a great bed. Where we stayed, the beds were beyond great and comfortable!! The 2 leather Recliners gave us each something to sit in to watch TV, then a leather Sofa. All over the Condo were Big screen TV’s. The beautiful kitchen gave us a great place to cook for lunch and supper, so we were able to do more activities. We didn’t make it to the pool and hot Tub, but went down to look at it and while we did, we saw these beautiful porch swings all over the property. There were about 6 of them where couples could sit with a drink, could swing, and walk the walking trail if they desired. It was so nice John and Lois made this a really nice home for any family to come and stay.

Great quick trip with friends!
Booked somewhat last minute for a quick getaway. The unit was full of everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Mountain View Condos has a great location. The walking path was perfect for my early morning workouts too!

Great Location and Property!
This condo was perfect for our family. The location is great, close to things so you can walk or ride the trolley. The pool and playground at the condo is great for when you need a break from the other Pigeon Forge activities. The condo was clean and well furnished, we had everything we needed. My only complaint was the key pad/lock to get into the condo. There is a note on it to help out and they add that to the instructions, but it can be difficult to do if your hands are full and you are trying to get in. Since it is a known issue, fixing the issue would be better. But it is definitely not a deal breaker as there was nothing else negative about the place.

Great Place to Stay- Perfect Location
Our only complaint was the internet, which I was told was an issue throughout the complex while we were there. The pictures do not do this place justice. When we arrived we were blown away at how cute and inviting this place actually was. Location was perfect!

Amazing Condo in PF
This is the best condo we have stayed at in the Pigeon Forge Area. I loved how closed it was to the parkway and the trolley stop. We could walk just about anywhere we wanted or take the trolley if where we wanted to go was a little further out. The home itself was great and gave my family the space we needed and the balcony was a nice treat to relax on after a long day. The condo complex also had 2 pools, a hot tub, playground, and basketball court that our kids loved. Pick this place and you won't be disappointed with your next stay in Pigeon Forge

Location was great, room was great. Room could be cleaned better and dusted. The sheets were not the cleanest. The WiFi is horrible, none of your devices will work so make sure you have a hotspot like we did. Other than that was a great place for a quick getaway!!!

Great weekend getaway
Our condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable which was great as i sometimes have trouble sleeping. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi/internet is for the whole complex (5 buildings), not individual apartments. I had very limited access to the internet and my apps and using cellular in Pigeon Forge is spotty at best. Luckily none of us needed it for work. All in all a great stay, but I will definitely be asking about Wi-Fi connections from now on.

Great location
This condo is just as the photos display with the addition of holiday bears that were lovely. The condo was overall clean, with the exception of typical wear/mildew on the spare shower faucet. It's in a great location and very quiet, although it was a little hidden to find without a lighted sign. Once in the complex, the directions on the information sheet were great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The recliners were a nice addition to the room. We had a HUGE issue with the door lock, and actually were unable to access the door when we arrived late at night. When calling the number listed on the welcome email, we received no response via text or phone. After freezing, melting down, and a crying kid we were finally able to get in the door by doing the same thing we had already tried. The owners are aware of the issue with the door, but have not fixed it. There was even a sign on the door to pull hard to lock. The owner did respond via text through the app, after we made it into the room over an hour later. Once we were ready to leave the room the next morning, we were concerned about locking the room and not being able to gain access back. After playing with the lock multiple times with one of us on the inside and one on the outside, we determined it wasn't reliable and had to take our chances of leaving it unlocked temporarily vs being stuck out in the snow and freezing temperatures again with a child. Lovely Condo - Awful lock.
