A good pool and close to the parks
The hotel has a very good shuttle to the parks which goes every 20 minutes or so. The pool is nice and there are plenty of umbrellas.

Awesome Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Dollywood's DreamMore resort. Service was very friendly. The pool area was spectacular and very clean. A great place to stay with family and friends.

Overall GREAT for families!
Amazing hotel that encourages you and yoir family to get out of your room and play and talk in the open areas. Smores around a fire pit (even when it was 95 degrees out!), ping pong, pools, huge tables with games inside the main entry, Starbucks on site and they sell Dolly's Cinnamon Bread. It was really nice. Only cons were I wish the gym was better and that there was more elevators spread over the property. Looooong walk from elevators to our room.

All hotel facilities were good , the only problem was the customer service : this time was not as great as last time. The check in people didn’t give me a room ( even though I told them I drove long way to come here and have a baby trying to sleep and the hotel didn’t look that full . And then I tried to do a late check in ( I explain them I was in gatlinburg ( over mountain ) and I could be a little bit late ! But they told no , just 30 minutes late check out . So those thing were not nice for a person who paid more than 4 0 0 in one night

Great stay- the parking and shuttle to the parks are fantastic. Room with bunk beds was very convenient for traveling with two teenage kids.
