The bed was good, the tub had some hairs in it. There was no coffee pot had to purchase coffee from a shop down stairs and it wasn't even good. I received a coupon good for 1 scoop of ice cream when I ordered I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream in a sugar cone . The guy refused to charge me for 1 scoop and a cone and take the coupon for the other. He told me that it could only be used on a single scoop only. It was very frustrating. The bath tub next to the bed had no towels or shampoo close by , you would think if they are going to put a tub near the bed area they would have at least one towel and some shampoo available to you.

The pool area is awesome, and the location of the hotel. We would stay here again, but recommend dusting and vacuuming better in the rooms. Other than that, we had a great stay!

The mattress was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever slept on in a hotel - the old school kind with metal box springs. It would have been a great stay but for that. Otherwise, the room was clean, service was good, and amenities adequate for the price.

Our room was clean and everything worked properly. We loved the many free activities and the waterpark was absolutely amazing!! My son also loved the arcade. Breakfast at their restaurant was good. We loved the candy and ice cream shops as well. I bought a sweatshirt at their gift shop. We had a wonderful stay! We hope to come back again!

The room is clean. But what sucks is they advertise the waterpark as being open 9am-11pm but the slides don’t open until later. Which meant when we only stayed one night my son didn’t get to play before we checked out. Also, check out at 10 and check in at 4 isn’t ideal. 11am check out and 3pm check in would be better.
