Sometimes $37 is just not worth it
Only reason this place is getting a 3 star is because this gentleman was kind enough to let me in a room. I called at least 15 times with no answer to schedule a late check in. Finally got a hold of someone in another country who couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the property but assured me I could check in late. Arrived and lobby was locked and no answer from the emergency contact number. Some random guy walks up to me at 3am and turns out he is the maintenance man, he couldnt find my room key that was supposed to be left for me so after 30 minutes of back and forth he just let me in a room so I din’t have to sleep in the parking lot. Room was a disaster and the door barely closed. I felt like it wasn’t safe to leave my vehicle there and felt even less safe in the room after numerous mentions of homeless breaking in and sleeping in rooms. Props to the maintenance guy bit this place is a dump!!!

Poor service!
Just moved to the area and booked room to drive all the way there for my son’s birthday to find out the hotel prices are for people living outside 100 miles of the area. No where on hotels.com did it mention that & no where was there an option for me to speak with a live representative! Poor service!

Horrible!
Checked in on August 6, 2024. Desk clerk was so rude and unprofessional. Got to our room tv wouldn’t work, internet wouldn’t work, beds were caved in the middle. Floors dirty and sticky. No towels. Asked them to fix the tv, no one ever came. The next morning I went to ask them about the tv and internet again. Requested that they switch me rooms. Lady at the desk told me I just needed to give them time. (It had been 24 hours) and refused to change my room. I asked for a manager and got told “it’s her day off I’m not bothering her” FINALLY got rooms switched. That room was nasty, bed linens all stained and gross. Room wasn’t cleaned the whole 4 days we was there. Couldn’t get clean towels. And the room had cockroaches. Toilet barely flushed and the shower ran all night. Do not recommend!

The hotel was on the strip in Pigeon Forge so the location was great. Parking isn't great. Too much light comes in from behind the curtain. The room smelled of mildew. The shower head was suited for a 5 foot tall person (not a 6ft person). The room size was crowded and there was only one night stand which means there is no where to plug in anything. There was only 1 towel per person. But, it was the cheapest rate around and ok for 1 night.

This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was rude, the hotel room (we booked non-smoking. We have 3 kids: 5,4, 10 weeks) and it reeked of marajuana and cigarettes. My kids and myself immediately started coughing upon entry to the room. The bedsheets were beyond stained, as were the towels. The room itself was dirty. The tub had chipped paint and so did the walls and doors. Overall a terrible experience.

They put us on the second floor and as soon as we walked in there, there were roaches in the door way, i checked the rest of the room and found a few more roaches in the sink and shower area. They moved us to the 4th floor, that room was roach free. We spent 4 days there and not once did they come clean our room, they will not change your towels unless you ask them, do to them saving on their detergent, and water/electric bill. The pictures online make it look so beautiful and fresh, but the paint is chipped in and around the pool, the place looks run down for being such a popular area to visit in Tennesse.The bedroom wasnt as clean as it should be, the walls had some stains, the curtain rod in the shower was barely hanging on, and the towels were stained. It'll put a roof over your head while on vacation but if you want to feel good while youre not at home i suggest paying a couple dollars extra and staying anywhere else. It served its purpose while i was there but i will not be going back.
