Csalódott nyaralás !
A párommal érkeztünk . Barátságtalan fogadtatásban volt részünk Rendezetlen udvari környezet .fogadott minket. Az udvari világítás nem működött ezért este nehéz volt a közlekedés . Parkolóhely nincs biztosítva ,mindig oda kell állni ahol esetleg van hely . A konyhában nincs külön a vendégek részére fenntartót hűtési lehetőség . A tulajdonos a házban él a saját dolgai /papucs / a közlekedési útban vannak . A fürdőszoba rendezett ,szép volt. A szoba elfogadható ,a terasz takarítatlan,piszkos állapotban volt. Az ágynemű állapota első ránézésre nem volt higénikus / gyűrödött / állapotban volt. A fizetés az érkezéskor megtörtént ,de semmiféle számlát azóta sem kaptam róla.??? (A távozáskor is elmaradt az ilyenkor megszokott utazási jókívánságok .)

Ottima posizione per girare in bicicletta tra Forte dei Marmi e Viareggio. A 10 minuti dal lungomare e dalla pineta. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Comodo il letto ed il cuscino. Aggiungerei uno specchio nella stanza. Il bagno condiviso poteva essere un po' più pulito (una maggiore attenzione potevano avercela anche le altre persone con cui veniva condiviso) ma nel complesso tutto ok. Ottimo prezzo per quella zona. Giovanni il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico.
