After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience.

Ottima posizione
Posizione ottima, sul margine della ZTL, vicino ai parcheggi ma praticamente in centro. La città è piccola quindi si gira tranquillamente a piedi. La camera era di dimensioni adeguate, con tutto quanto necessario (peccato solo la mancanza di aria condizionata, ma considerando l'edificio storico è comprensibile).
