Beds were comfortable but we never received housekeeping services even though we were there four nights. Asked if they could empty trash and replace towels. Never happened even when we were told we would get it after three days. Had to go to front desk and get toilet paper and towels.

something went downhill.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. this time there were several things which surprised me. Black mold in the shower, no housekeeping services during our 2-night stay. our toilet was stopped up and the front desk said no one was there to tend to it. We had to get a plunger and do it ourselves.

Joel, the desk manager, was terrific. Unfortunately, the people who had the room above us were unruly all night and into the following morning. it left us with almost no sleep for our conference the next day.

A Great Stay.

The room was in excellent condition with only minor cleaning issues in the bathroom (the cleaning crew could have cleaned all the nooks and crannies a little better). The pool was clean and a nice diversion on our trip. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I would certainly stay there again.

Very nice stay

Good location, nice pool, clean and comfortable room. Our bathroom door did stick which was annoying, couldn't do anything about it. Breakfast was the same everyday, ate out not liking the little omletes they had and boxed eggs as most places have.
