The view from the balcony was fantastic. The location was perfect for getting to the local trails and downtown easily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay there in pretty Picton!

Stayed in the budget studio suite and it was just fine. Parked easily on the street below, with no issues. Upholstery on sofa bed was shot, but other than that, all good

People were genuinely friendly and very honest. We had a small,issue with a double payment and they were straight onto it to sort it out for us. Really appreciated their support. Beautiful clean and tidy rooms with wonderful views over the Marina. Parking is somewhat restrictive for larger vehicles though. They do their best to give you a spot to fit your vehicle. Great stay and close to everything.

We were unit 2, the sliding door to the bathroom was very difficult to open/close as it did not slide at all on the track. The black couch needs better upholstery/repairs. The water pressure in shower was very weak

Nice obstructed views of harbour

Good location, walk to town. room on second floor had obstructed views of harbour, could watch Wellington ferry come and go. On balcony. Good cooking facilities the electric frypan was a bonus. Bed very very soft. Great towels. No recycle bin.
