The property was beautiful and looked like the photos. It's in a great location and walking distance to restaurants, stores, money exchange, shopping and the beach. All of the staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. We especially enjoyed talking with Wawa, Mart, Pawn, Bank, and Q!

The rooms definitely need some maintenance. ( balcony door didn’t lock, bath tub corking needs attention etc) . But overall the rooms had everything you would need. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, especially for children. Kids club is pretty average. The toys and equipment are very dated and there’s no option to leave the kids there without an adult in attendance. The breakfast is amazing. All tastes and cultures are catered for. The standout is the staff. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the reception staff and catering couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In particular Khom in the breakfast room and also A in the pool area were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in many novatels but this is the worst experience I have ever had in novatel first i got food poisoning second i come to have a relaxing time but what i got is noise day and night the building is in renovation and all day the builder's are drilling you can not relaxing not even by the pool it is so bed nobody cleans nothing i will never stay in this place ever again as i pay all redy i can not relocation

Great size of swimming pool and kids’ swimming pool, deluxe room is clean and spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable enough, aircon is cold and strong, housekeeping is amazing since we don’t have to keep asking extra towels for kids, close to shopping mall and beach just few minutes walking

Hotel was clean and the pool was awesome! Great amenities including wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of choices including halal options! The front desk staff we re polite and attentive. The spa treatment was ok.. The lady in the minimart could be a little nicer she always looked grumpy and followed us around the store as if we were going to steal something. Atone point we left our key in the room and were supposed to be sent someone to open the door. The person never came and I had to resort to asking housekeeper to open the door for me. Overall the hotel is beautiful but customer experience could be improved!
