The hotel rooms are very simple, but the grounds are very nice. It is also very affordable. We went during the wet season, so the ocean, which is across the street, was very rough. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but the wwet season may not be the best season to go to Phu Qhuoc. The included breakfast was nothing to brag about. The selections were minimal and service was below par. We stayed for three nights, and one day, we left our room at 10:30 a.m. Upon leaving our room, room service had left towels outside our room. They did not return to clean the room or replenish the toiletries. We notified the front desk about this situation, but nothing was said or done. In sum, it's a nice, affordable oasis but the service is sub-par.
