First, a very noisy hotel and area. On the corner of two major streets with loud, late night street noises (racing, sirens). A hospital is located across the street so adding to late noises. For example, a contractor was using a pressure washer hooked to a portable gas generator in his pickup bed, starting at midnight, to clean the garbage area and drive of the building next door.
In general, the rooms are occupied by visiting construction workers. Lots of cooking smells throughout halls and my room. Loud banging, thumping till late every night. No hotel dining is available, although there are quite a few within a short drive. No vending or ice on floors just lobby. Rooms are all "suites" and have refrigerators/stoves/micros but no silverware, pans, plates, cups, cleaning material or paper towels in rooms. Beds are simple metal frames (resembling roll-away beds) with no support and mattresses are uncomfortable. Hotel has housekeeping at checkout and once every 14 days for long termers only. The Front Desk is often empty when the clerk is resolving issues in the hotel. Hotel is 100% non-smoking so groups of residents(?) hang out, outside the front entrance smoking despite big signs saying its a smoke free area. TV is limited with no premium channel options or availability.
