Our family of four (x2 adults, x2 kids) came to AZ to visit family over the Thanksgiving week (2024). Clean room with x2 queen sized beds, clean bathroom and shower on the 4th floor. Clean breakfast area complimentary, friendly staff. Daily parking of $10. Very easy check in and check out process. Attentive housekeeping staff. It was cheaper for our family to book this hotel AND rent a car (all through Expedia), instead of getting an airbnb or vbro.

We specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. So disappointed when we went down to get in and the water was cold :(. We were told maintenance was working on it but we never saw maintenance doing anything.

Broken jacuzzi
The hotel was in good condition and what you expect from a new hotel. I picked this hotel to use the jacuzzi after a family dinner. The jacuzzi was not working. The room was a jr. suite that included a king and pullout, but once you set up the fold out bed you couldn’t walk around the room. They also charge for parking because it’s next to the “entertainment district.” Felt kind of ripped off but they made up for it with the fake eggs in the morning. I might stay here again if the jacuzzi is working 😒
