Everyone was courtesy and polite. Room was spacious and clean, would have loved a microwave but its not a deal breaker. The only bad spot was some room service chicken tenders that were dry and cold.

THIS HOTEL HAS A SERIOUS HOT WATER ISSUE IN ROOMS AND SPA AT THE HIGHER FLOORS. THEY KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT DO NOT TELL THEIR GUEST. GAMBLING TABLES HAVE HIGH MIN ON WEEKENDS AND WEEKLY. POOL AREA IS NOT RESORT STANDARD AT ALL. FOOD IS FAIR PRICED.
