Kirkland Place is a private 1,100 sqft single level condo located in a small complex of 1-story homes. Situated near the heart of downtown Tempe, Kirkland place is ideally located near ASU main campus and Sun Devil Stadium. A few minutes drive will take you to nearby Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Mesa, Sky Harbor Airport, and to multiple spring training venues. The Cubs Sloan Park is within 2 miles. Within a mile enjoy bike/walking paths and boat rentals at Town Lake, or the many shops and restaurants at Tempe Marketplace. The free Orbit shuttle is nearby, as well as the light rail within a few blocks.

The unit set up includes a large master bedroom with an upholstered king bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Twin beds can be converted to 1 king to better accommodate couples. Please indicate preference at booking.

Newly remodeled hall bathroom has access to all rooms and is attached to the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The large sectional sofa in the living room has a pull out full size bed and can accommodate 1-2 additional guests and has a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable. The private backyard patio oasis is fully enclosed with climbing vines, pavers, and artificial turf and is a great place for morning coffee, evening cocktails, bbqing, or a glass of wine by the gas firepit.

The community pool is located just across the parking lot. There is one reserved covered carport parking spot with multiple open parking spots available.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Great base for our ironman Arizona race weekend. Everything you need within a 5-10 minutes' drive of the race site. restaurant, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great little condo

A delightful time
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay; everything was shipshape. One evening we invited a couple over; had cocktails outside; barbecued a dinner for them and ate inside. All that we needed was readily available. We even recommended the unit to our daughter and family when they visit Tempe.

Best VRBO ever
Alice is a great host! She communicates very quickly and clearly. She is helpful. Her home is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and then some, and in a nice neighborhood convenient to everything. The home was spacious for myself, my husband, and our two kids, 8 and 5 years old. The beds and couch are extremely comfortable. Everything is very, very clean. Convenient and comfy
Our stay at this location in Tempe was very convienient to everything Arizona had to offer. It was so close to ASU and Tempe marketplace as well as the rail system if you didn’t have a car. The directions to get to the property when we arrived at midnight was superb and SO close to the airport. Also close to Scottsdale and just 1.5 hours from Sedona and 3.5 hours from the Grand Canyon. We did both The place itself was clean and very comfortable with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Perfect for our family of four. We also enjoyed the pool which was right across from our place.

Great Location
This was a great condo with a great location. Close to airport, ASU and Tempe Marketplace. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Beds are comfortable. We had car trouble at the end of our trip and host worked with us on a later check out so we can get our car fixed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hidden Gem in Tempe
We booked this condo for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment spent in this cozy, well maintained and tastefully decorated place. More than advertised
More than any other VRBO we’ve stayed it is obvious the owner cares more about the renter’s experience. Instead of providing bare essentials as most do (which is understandable) I enjoyed seeing the extra kitchen supplies and equipment available included for a special coffee experience and the electric hot water kettle for my mother's morning tea.It was nice having more than one or two serving utensils and a good supply of pots/pans/cookie sheets etc. Plenty of electrical outlets and areas to charge electronics were available. The bedrooms were cozy and there were luggage racks available for everyone. Thank you for the attention to detail and I really could tell how much you enjoy providing a home away from home!

Exactly what we wanted!!!
The condo is great!! Had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable! The outdoor patio was so nice and the firepit was such a nice touch! The place was very clean!! Very clean residence. Located in a quiet secluded area of the property. Covered parking close to unit. Area felt safe, we encountered no problems. Comfy master bed, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The only suggestion would be to have the leaves in the back yard raked up more frequently. The grill was clean and held temp well. Good location to ASU and Four Peaks Brewery.
