Nice staff but whole place needs renovating.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was pretty clean. The decor however was awful. I don't think my room had been updated since the 80s. Everything was brown and it had a weird smell. It was dark too and the AC was so loud.

It's a great place with lots to do. The gym is phenomenal, and I also liked the pool area. It was too hot for me to enjoy too much outdoor activity, so while the tennis court and other areas looked great, I didn't try them. The indoor area near the lobby was very relaxing, and there were great places to chill with a book. Only critique? I came to Phoenix for a funeral, and ended up having to stay an extra day. When I went to the front desk and in order to add a day, they told me I would have to do it online. This may have been due to how I reserved the room or some other reason but I ended up going online and getting a room closer to the airport for my final night. It would have been a lot easier for me if they just took my money right there, to be honest.
