I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, our AC was out of service, although the maintenance guys were very sweet. However no apology from the front desk. I asked to check out at 12 pm and was told sorry we can’t do that, after being without air and heat a day and night! Definitely not staying here again!!!!

The resort has very spacious rooms in a great location. Check-in for week 2 had issues. We were told to leave our luggage in the room (we were is the same room for 2 weeks) while they cleaned but unable to access the room until after 4. Didn’t make sense. A few days the pool during the day was chaos with kids running around, jumping off railings, throwing noodles across deck etc. Staff at front desk were too busy to help enforce rules. Later in the day the front desk kicked a 14 year old girl quietly reading a book in the hot tub because she wasn’t 16? The poor kid was upset. The staff seem to enforce rules when it is convenient, the hot tub rules are archaic. The outdoor shower is hotter.

Not much activity and very limited staff. Front desk not knowledgeable. Workers in bar tried hard. Inquired about car rental since resort is isolated and front desk unable to help. Young girl at front desk could not tell us if it was safe to walk in the area (“I don’t live in the area).
