Wow what a beautiful place to stay if you have to stay downtown. Room was quiet and beautiful. View was great. It was nice not to have to drive home after a show. Thanks Residents Inn. Great breakfast too!

The room where the free breakfast was served had absolutely no air conditioning and was hellishly hot. This in Phoenix at the height of summer. The property did not even post an explanation or apology outside. My room (which had a full kitchen) was clean but had limited drawer space and no room safe. The food pantry in the lobby had surprisingly meager offerings for a residential hotel. There was a small indoor pool. Overall, the property was not bad and the location was excellent. But my awful experience with the free breakfast makes it impossible to give the property a top rating.

Very nice being right next to the venue for a concert, was only a block away so walkable. Very nice hotel and clean. Only downside was no street parking near by so you had to pay for valet parking or to park in the parking garage which were both expensive.

Spend 3 nights here for my daughter kpop concert and visiting ASU. We got the suite that come with fridge, microwave, stove, and all utensils. The hotel just sat across from footprint center, restaurants, grocery, boba shop all walking distance. The front desk are very friendly. Indoor pool are just cross from the bar. We have a really great experience.

Stayed here for easy access to FootPrint Center/Suns arena. Less than a 5 minute walk to arena and a lot of eateries. The hotel does not have its own parking so be prepared for valet or to pay for daily public parking.
