Enter into great room living with your eyes drawn to the massive picture windows and water, and mountain views. A large gourmet kitchen is on the left with quartz counters, upgraded appliances, and breakfast bar. Dining for 4 is open to the elegantly comfortable living room with a massive 75" smartv and SONOS system.. Split floor plan with the master suite is on one side of the penthouse, with views galore. The grand master has a super comfy king bed and large TV and a massive master walk-in closet and double sinks with an oversized walk-in shower. The other side of the Penthouse has an additional bedroom and bath with a two full beds. Take one flight of stairs to the lofted third bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, closet and office space with a desk chair and TV.
