The Space:

Located within minutes of the most amazing places in Arizona: the world-famous Sanctuary Resort Spa, world-class golf at Mountain Shadows Resort, culinary excellence at El Chorro, and the incredible Camelback Mountain hiking trails. Our property offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience.
A new home is being built next door to the home. It's a ways from the house as we sit on an acre of land.
However, due to this, we have lowered our rates by 10%.

The Space:
Enjoy a luxurious private pool and expansive outdoor retreat, relaxing outdoor lounging, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, games, a private patio off the master, a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, spectacular views from every window, two living rooms, a private office, outdoor and indoor fireplace and more. Two of the bedrooms boast smart TVs and there are full-size bathrooms next to each bedroom. Choose between 4 luxurious bedrooms. Drop your items off and go straight to the incredible backyard! Swim in the gorgeous pool. Grill for your group and have dinner outside under the covered patio. Layout on one of the chaise lounges to get your perfect tan. You won't even want to go back inside! (The pool can be heated during the cooler months at an additional charge to cover the natural gas cost per day - see below for more details). Please note that although this is a single story home, there is a single step into the back bedrooms, as well as a single step into the bathroom in the back-bedrooms. So it is not wheelchair accessible in the back of the home.
We LOVE hosting events! Bachelorette parties, birthdays, and more are welcome to book. All guests must be included in the reservation guest count. Our concierge can help with scheduling catering, decoration companies and more.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability.
- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Keep in mind, if you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking directly, not all third parties share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. The fees help cover our costs for steam cleaning between stays. We do our best to remove allergens for future guests.
Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.
Security: Please note, that there is a camera out front pointed toward the front yard and one in the back yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes.
Pool Heating Details
- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $100 per night.
- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool, as it will damage the equipment. Doing so will result in a $1500 fine for damages
No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef's, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.

Thank you for following our house rules:
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. There is no garage parking available. (FYI)
There are about 8 parking spaces out front of the home if needed. Just be mindful of neighbors.
Upon arrival we will provide you with the door code so you can self check-in.
