Communication with customer service was very confusing; I had to fill out forms on other websites to check in. Finding communication was complicated by this process. Requested late checkout and didn't get an answer without calling again, and then not until an hour before we had to leave, they said it was not possible. Checkout was at 10am — who checks out that early? That seems like a scam to upcharge you for the normal 11am checkout. They billed me $20 extra because it took us until 10:10 to get out of the unit!

Mattresses where very bad could feel the box of the bottom of bed, no cushion at all, mattress need to be replaced, room key sensor took about 4 tries to open door, handle on door, was hard to open, didn’t think we were going to get out of the room, shower head, water came out to slow, used ice bucket to rinse off, very disappointed

Female Front Desk agent was rude!!! Had a reservation for 2 rooms, 2 nights. Agent wouldnt listen to and kept saying property was book and no walk-ins. Roaches in the room. Mattress were all caved in. Wirt hotel ever!!!

First off, the staff was very nice and helpful. My rating is on first the matterss that hasn’t been changed since Motel 6 was $6-. Horrible! Second: the garage truck came at 4:00am to empty the large dumpster. Insane

Room was clean. Wish there were more towels. Also, our keycards kept de-magnetizing so each night we had to get them re-done again. Great staff. Easy location to our destination.
