Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

Exactly as pictured!
Nice property, quiet area, comfy bed, good communication. No problems! Just a few FYI's : there are many plug-in fragrance dispensers if your sensitive (they were great about letting me remove them) & during the week you can hear the garage door & such when they leave for work around 7:15ish.... not a complaint just heads up if you wanted to sleep in (i was up so no problemo)

This property was as advertised & very comfortable. It was nice to be able to do our laundry after being on the road for 2 wks. The location was convenient to all the square dancing we wanted to do & we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to stretch our legs. The host was very responsive & we would definitely stay here again! Very nice courtyard, too.

Modern, roomy condo with all the conveniences including washer, dryer, A/C. Wi-fi excellent and free. Very well maintained. Communication with our host, Cynthia, was prompt and courteous. Great location for golfing, sightseeing, and shopping with quick access to the freeway system. Only 25 minutes from Skyharbor airport. Highly recommended.

Great location, close to major Hwys and connecting streets. Nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to numerous Spring Training Stadiums. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. There is a step stool in the bedroom closet that I used throughout my stay to do so.

What a relief! Terrific Place.
Wowie - this was a delightful place to stay in. From being able to park right outside my door, the security of a deadbolt with a combination lock, a wide open bright, lovely apartment that was very clean, big bed, very comfortable, washer and dryer and a full sized fridge. I was stranded here with a car that was not working properly, and could not have been happier. I was able to call DoorDash and other deliverers, prepare my own meals, wash my clothes, and take care of everything I needed to take care of, including work, all within the comfort of this apartment. Thoughtfully appointed and lovingly cared for with a very responsive host.

Everything about this listing was accurate and our stay was PERFECT! The apartment is like an in law suite and everything is better then pictured. Simple, clean and open and had everything my family and I needed. Very quite neighborhood that was within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be looking to book here again.
