• After your reservation has been confirmed, a Rental Agreement will be emailed to you to sign electronically. Rental is also subject to a refundable security deposit.
•ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Pool & spa heating $85/day *Need 72-hour advanced notice; must be paid prior to arrival.
•Spa heat without pool heat is $35 per day.
•No smoking of any kind inside the house. If you smoke inside the house you will be issued a $500 fine.
•No pets.
•There are surveillance cameras at the front of the property facing the street and a ring doorbell.
• EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: The only way we can guarantee an early check in or late check out is if you book the day before or after your reservation.

Pleasant Experience in Kierland Oasis
The property was clean, with a nice pool & hot tub, as well as other amenities such as a putting green and ping pong table. We spent a Saturday grilling out and watching football- it was a great home base for our visit. We had an issue with one of the TVs, and Tim and Sharon responded and resolved the issue quickly. We’ll likely stay here again on a future trip!

A Sanctuary
This place had everything you could want, 2 living areas and the pool was fantastic! We brought our son here after surgery at the Mayo for recuperation. Location was spot on! I feel very lucky we were able to rent this house, the owners were amazing, and always there for any questions! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome Stay!
We traveled to Phoenix to visit my mother and sisters. Decided to try a VRBO property vs hotel rooms. The property was beautiful and spacious. Our favorite feature was the pool and spa. House was spacious for 5 adults and the two separate living areas was a plus! Enjoyed the putting green and ping pong table as well. Plenty of things to keep us entertained.

Spring 2024 Getaway Trip
Great property in a fantastic location for doing things in the Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale area. Close to several highways. Several grocery stores are within 2 miles. Backyard make you forget you are in a residential neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool/spa. Property is exactly as it is listed, We would definitely rent it again!

Spectacular Home Base for our Scottsdale Trip
Tim and Sharon were fantastic hosts and our blended family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed time at their home. We have 4 boys ages 12-19 and the extra amenities (pool, spa, putting green, ping pong) really made our down time around the house awesome. The place was exactly as pictures and super clean. Two living room areas made it great for our crew to spread out and yet ample room for us to be in one living room playing games. The pool/spa were a little cooler than expected and the owners were really responsive and heated it up a bit more so we could enjoy with the cooler/rainy temps. Great, safe neighborhood with quite a bit surrounding. Most of our activities were 20 min or so from the house - only reason for 4 star rating on location. It would have worked better for our trip to stay closer to downtown Scottsdale. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Find in Scottsdale
This house was perfect for our family of 3. The location can't be beaten, and we loved the outdoor space and amenities. Sharon and Tim were fantastic hosts and promptly answered all of our questions throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the spa was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet. The home was perfect! The backyard is a vacation oasis with the pool, hot tub, mini golf and grill. It's in a great location with everything you need within a 5 minute drive. It made for a perfect relaxing vacation!
