The lock box code was given but there was no key or garage remote in side. After making several attempts to reach the owner by phone and text, the owner got back to us determined that housekeeping wasn’t done cleaning it. So later they said housekeeping was finished and my family returned to the apartment. There was a key that didn’t work and still no garage remote. My family couldn’t get in and waited for four hours before the owner came up with a working key but no garage remote. The owner told them he would be back in an hour with the garage remote. He never came back with a remote as promised. He showed up at check out promising them a place to live as best he could. THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER.
