The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom sink drained slow and there was no shampoo. After requesting repair and refill the first evening of our stay we returned the next evening only to find it not corrected or refilled. They apologized and refilled the shampoo immediately Other then that, The location was perfect for downtown venues. Only Valet parking which is a little costly compared to small town parking as we are accustomed to.

Sad for a Hilton Hotel
Your website said it had a smoking area but there was not one. We received the room at the very end of 2 halls so every time we went to go outside it was a long hike. Then the halls smelled like weed so I guess that was ok to smoke that on the premises. Told them at check out did not seem to care. Breakfast was terrible, hot to go cups all leaked. Food and coffee really bad. Location was great for the footprint center.

Five stars all around!
This hotel is the best. Rooms are spacious and super clean! Service was fantastic! They let us check in early which was great ! Also, we discovered Chase field, home of the Arizona Diamond backs was one block away so we went to a game. This hotel is like a block or two away from a nice selection of restaurants. Highly recommend !

The hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious and I was very pleased. Only thing that was unfortunate was that it took nearly 7solid minutes to get the warm water on in the shower- so we wasted a lot of water just letting the shower run.

The only issue I had was no one came to clean our room the whole time we were there (5 days). Trash over flowed, had to keep going to get fresh towels, tissue and soap. Everything else was very nice!

Building seemed new-ish and the staff was friendly enough. Housekeeping was pretty poor. Floors not vacuumed, surfaces not wiped down. Valet parking is really your only option. Not a knock against the hotel but plan for another $40 a day (plus tip) for parking.
