Breakfast was great - highly recommend! Check-in/out staff was competent but not super friendly; front door staff was good and friendly. A/C & heat worked good, but hot water took forever (5 minutes of running water) to get up to us on the 6th floor. Room was mostly clean, but we found crumbs and minor debris on floor and bed. Might return, as price was the best for downtown Phoenix.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The roll down shades kept the room dark for sleeping. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable providing a good nights rest. The breakfast was satisfying. The location is great for events at the Mortgage Arena and Chase Field. Restaurants and bars in area provided great food and were in walking distance.

Bathroom door gets stuck when opening/closing. Same for the blackout curtain, it won't roll down. When you open the freezer it smells like someone stored their marijuana inside. There is no Bible in your drawers.
