The stay and location were ok. The bad part of the stay was trying to get some sleep but unfortunately my room must’ve had the main water drain running down the bathroom wall. Being on the first floor any time rooms in the four floors above would flush or shower. I would be woken up by the sounds off gushing sewer water. Not just a quick gush. Sometimes lasting up to a minute or more. Woke up just as tired as when I tried going to sleep.

I generally stay in holiday inn's because I know I can expect a certain level of standards... The staff was more concerned with their own personal conversations than helping me. I patiently waited while they chatted. then they begrudgingly helped me check in. Were curt and off putting. When I entered the room, it smelled of dirty mop water but at the same time did not feel like it had been cleaned at all except the bed was made. The bedding had holes in it. I asked the front desk person for an extra blanket, and she told me she would see if she could find one as they were all out to launder... I never did get an extra blanket. the outside parking lot was dirty with litter, dirt, tree branches and cigarette butts. There were homeless vagrants camped in tents along the landscape, they hassled us for money while walking to our car. No Safe! All in All, I usually feel confident in booking a Holiday Inn, they are usually slightly higher priced than other well known chains, however i usually have confidence They are clean, efficient and very similar to one another, but this one seriously made me doubt that confidence.

Great customer service! Room was clean and the whole property was maintained. There’s a Cracker Barrel close enough to walk to in case you miss the hotel’s breakfast hours.

The room was great, clean and what most of us like, everything needed, a TV, fridge, microwave, working outlet and lighting, super clean bathroom and all the toilettries ne esary. Best of all, a coffee maker with the trimmings. Best comfy bed at the top of the list... almost forgot, lol. Such a comfy stay, i wish it would have been longer. I ll come back, i m thinking of reserving for my stay in Paris by the airport. Than you!!
