BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
KING BED in master suite, QUEEN BED in 2nd bedroom furnished with new high quality linens with extra pillows and blankets.
Bathrooms have HAIR DRYERS and the showers are equipped with shower heads that include removable hand held sprayers with many settings for your enjoyment. Each bedroom has a bath room accessible without having to go into the common area. Lots of extras!
COZY BATHROBES and oversized POOL TOWELS in the large walk-in closet off the master bedroom

KITCHEN and DINING RM:
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with GRANITE COUNTERS and top-notch appliances. WASHER & DRYER with steam for your laundry needs. There is a food, processor, slow cooker, quality cookware, wine glasses, and the cupboards stocked with spices, coffees, teas, condiments, paper goods, including aluminum foil and plastic storage bags. Enjoy designer tableware including serving pieces. Dining table has a leaf that opens to seat six guests. There are two swivel bar stools for watching the cook in the kitchen at the granite eating bar.

OPEN LIVING AREA:
RECLINING SOFA and loveseat, 70" TV, DVD player, electric FIREPLACE and there is Wi-Fi. There is a DESK in the master suite for your computer or make-up needs. Two large patio doors open to where most quests find as their favorite location to watch the sunsets, have morning coffee or enjoy their meals. You can watch the golfers, the Canadian geese, blue heron, red tail hawks, ducks and many other types of wildlife only a few feet from your comfortable SWIVEL/ROCKER PATIO CHAIRS This is an end unit and has been designed for privacy.

LOCATION: Superstition Lakes Resort is a spectacular gated waterfront community, which adjoins the beautiful Superstition Springs Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. Tucked into the middle of the Superstition Springs entertainment and retail corridor, this small complex is an oasis in the midst of what has become one of the most popular vacation locations. The grounds are well maintained and landscaped with many permanent residents that take pride in where they live. The freeway entrance (HWY 60) is just blocks away and the Phoenix airport is a 25 minute drive. Previous guests state “This is the BEST LOCATION”.

This is a 'luxury-first class' unit for your enjoyment. Please read the comments from previous guests to get a feel about my condo. You will not be disappointed. RESTAURANTS: Walking distance to restaurants such as PF Chang’s, Starbucks, BJ’s Brewhouse, Carrabba’s Italian, Krispy Kreme, On the Border Mexican and many more. At Superstition Springs Mall there are more restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Tuesday Ruby, Red Lobster, and more. Everything from fine dining to casual can be found within a 5 mile range from the condo.
SHOPPING: You can walk to Superstition Springs Mall – about 20 minutes for great shopping at Macy’s, Dillard’s, Sears, JC Penney and much more. Plus there are outlet store just a short drive away like Nordstrom’s Last Chance and Neiman Marcus’s Last Call.

GROCERIES – ENTERTAINMENT: Walking distance to the grocery store and you can walk to the golf course clubhouse too! A 25 screen cinema is just a short walk. This unit is only about 200 steps away from the complex’s well maintained heated pool, spa, community barbecues and club house. You hardly need a car in this great location. Great place with a fantastic view
The condo was as described and the check in was very well laid out and easy to follow. It is in a perfect location with easy access to stores, restaurants and great highway access. A couple of minor things were noted: The bbq was to be cleaned by the user. I had to clean it before our use, but left it in good order. We noticed the furnace filter was quite plugged so I vacuumed it out and it did improve the air. A lot of pollen was out. The washer was not allowing the fabric softener to flow out so we ended up cleaning the detergent/fabric dispenser. These were very minor issues that did not take away from the 5 star review... we totally understand that these are seasonal issues that i am sure the owner addresses. Again, this is a great property and we would be happy to book again and would strongly recommend to family and friends.

We have stayed her numerous times and plan to return again. The condo is well appointed with everything you need during your stay. Including consumables like soap, laundry supplies, condiments and cooking supplies. The location is great, everything you could want is within walking distance. Perfect property for us
This condo has become our favorite place to stay when visiting my mom in the valley. It’s in a great location- close to restaurants, golf, highways, hiking, shopping. It has everything you need to have a “home away from home”! I like that we can just arrive and other than our food, we have all we need for our stay- there are little thoughtful items like reusable water cups, a trinket box for jewelry, games if it should rain ;) We we’re able to host a Mother’s Day dinner and grill which was delightful. The view of the golf course is relaxing, the pool area is very nice as are paths around the lakes to walk. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. We like that there are clear instructions on how to use internet, tv, fans, etc.

Love this place!
This is our second stay at this condo. We liked it so much the first time we booked it again this year! The condo is great. Well stocked, clean and very homey. Debbie the cleaning lady is amazing. She came and fixed the TV for us within 10 minutes of calling her. ( It was operator error on our part!) Lol The area is beautiful and very quiet. Highly recommend this property. We’ll be back.

Location was wonderful and Christina was very easy to work with.
This property overlooks the golf course and the patio is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. There is a nice walking path around the gated property so you don’t even have to leave the premises.

This unit was lovely and the host put much thought into it. We were sick during our entire stay and staying somewhere so comfy and cozy sure made a difference When we heard that we had to park away from the unit but the spots were close by and an easy walk for us. Can't wait to stay again!
