The room itself was good. But the blinds curtains didn’t close all the way. If you love the dark when you sleep,this isn’t for you. Also a bunch of homeless walking around. I also believe there are permanent residents here. Bunch of people in parking lot “chillin” as groups.

They checked me into a room they were doing work in. I had to go back to the front desk to fix their mistake and the whole reason I needed this room is because I am having surgery this afternoon. It is very noisy like people slamming stuff around all nigh. Front desk is not clearly labeled so I was confused trying to find check in. Overall I would not stay here again unless I had no other available option

I do not often write poor reviews. The manager and the day shift worker that worked on Tuesday were wonderful but the girl who worked Monday night was rude. The first night that I was there I went to have a hot tub and there were cigarette bitts all over the ground and there was a weird man in a hospital gown. There were no restaurants in walking distance so had to uber everywhere I went. I learned during my stay that many of the people who stay at this hotel are homeless people who are hoping to find a home one day so I truly hope they are able to find that.
