A very impressive building with plenty of parking. We arrived early and were greeted and able to check in with no problem as our room was ready. The room was very clean and functional. The room was hot and it was a little difficult to figure out the a/c for someone with poor vision. The room never did really cool down enough but was tolerable. The bed wasn’t great either but was lumpy. Overall it was okay for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer.

The property was arranged such that it was difficult to find reception! Our room was large and comfortable; except we had flat, hard pillows. Also, there was stuff on the floor that should have been vacuumed up before we arrived.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the rooms don’t look like that in person. The room wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival, it was old food in the fridge & bathroom was sub par. No ventilation in the room so it always has a wet smell & im sure it’s mold. I barely slept one night because I was coughing and sneezing all night long. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

The room was clean and quite. Stayed in a double Queen bed room and it really big. In room fridge was super small. Half of the size of other mini in room fridges I've seen. Beds were comfortable.

Nice Hotel
This hotel was nice and clean and decorated nice. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. It’s a big property with lots of outside grounds to walk around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our only issue was our room was hot, we found out it was some sort of switch that if we had told them about it, a maintain man could have switched it from heat to AC. This would have been nice to know at check in. The hotel is also within walking distance to the downtown Main Street area and a sports bar directly across the street.

After checking in at around 8pm got our keys and went to the room, room decent and front desk nice. Went to eat and came back to find we couldn’t get in the room. We came down stairs and re got keys to once again still be locked out. We were told to meet the facility person in 5 min who didn’t show up for 20-30 minutes later. After driving in from LV at 4am and working until 8pm being locked out was annoying to say the least. We woke up the next day and went to grab ice and that wasn’t working on our floor, checked the floor below and that too wasn’t working with no note or anything. This trip cost over 60 dollars then it normally does although it looked un occupied so just disappointed to say the least.

Everything was going great until I decided to eat breakfast in the in-house restaurant Cafe Azul. My check in a couple of nights before went smoothly and the receptionist even gave me a type of room I requested. The room was clean and generally speaking the hotel was very nice. So that breakfast…I ordered a Bloody Maria (tequila) and a Breakfast Burrito. I got a clear plastic take out cup with ice and I guess BM Mix and Ice and maybe tequila. That’s it. No garnish and I was staying to eat my meal it wasn’t to go. My burrito came out and it was on a dark glass plate with some dipping sauce. Here’s the problem…the plate had dried crusty food marks on it not from the burrito. No thanks! I wasn’t charged for the burrito which I didn’t eat just for the $12.00 about 16oz BM. Bah-Bye!
