This cozy newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with sparkling pool, is centrally located in a great neighborhood in Peoria close to State Farm Stadium.

From the moment you enter you will notice the comfortable furnishings and attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, the dining table seats 6, and the family room has plenty of comfortable seating and a 55 in smart TV.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bath. There is also access to the outside from the master bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature queen sized beds.

Outside on the patio you will find a fire pit table with seating for 6, 2 poolside loungers, and a gas bbq ready to cook up dinner.

**The pool is not heated at this time**

This house is amazing. The place is exactly as listed. Very enjoyable stay. Lots of extras having some extra spices in the kitchen for cooking and enough bathroom supplies for the entire stay. Host communicated clearly and was friendly. Would stay here again.

Great pool
Overall the property was great. It was kind of dirty when we checked in so we spent the first hour cleaning. Garbage cans were completely full so there was no room outside for a weeks worth of trash. That could have been coordinated better. But overall the property was nice and Lori was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Everything about this property was first rate. Sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything we could have wanted, and more. Super comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. Lori, the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We spent most of the time in the perfectly maintained pool. I would highly recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
This was the perfect place to stay while playing in a baseball tournament in Surprise. Pool was great, restaurants/grocery nearby, A/C kept house cool in 115 degree heat. Primary bedroom was big with nice en-suite bath. Would definitely stay again.

"Peoria in the Sun"
My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay at this property. The property is very close to shopping, at the same time set in a attractive residential neighbourhood. The property was well maintained. There was a tiny issue with the pool but Lori...the property manager...was back to us and had a service technician on site immediately. I would recommend this property...and enjoy the sun in Peoria!

Nice Arizona House
We had a pleasant stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with attached garage. Everything was clean, and it very easy to communicate with the property manager (even when we were arriving late in the evening.). It was the first time we were asked to wash our own sheets and towels, but it was no big thing. Overall it was a very pleasant stay in a nice Arizona home.
